What you’ll be working on:
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of trade specific material and equipment in the shop, building or worksite.
- Actively participate in company sponsored apprenticeship program thereby maintaining current registered status.
- Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.
What is expected of an Apprentice:
- Receives direct supervision.
- Performs technical responsibilities.
- Work is generally structured or recurring.
- Objectives based on established guidelines, processes and operating procedures.
- Relevant past experience is not necessarily required.
- Entry-level position.
How you make Safety your top priority:
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected.
- RK Mechanical employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of RK Mechanical Orientation, shop specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 10.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
- Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
- Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
- Work in all types of weather.
- Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
- Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

- Demonstrate knowledge of construction protocols, safety issues, and pertinent trade codes.

Carry a portable radio, staying in constant communication with the central base station, respond to all engineering service calls, giving priority to guest requests, and maintain hotel equipment in an efficient, safe, accident-free manner.
- Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms.

OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR III - BROOMFIELD, CO
**DAYS REQUIRED: MONDAY - FRIDAY**
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 386-unit community, Terracina! This is an excellent opportunity in a beautiful location for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry!
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordinating of employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds.
Additional responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Directs employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
- Obtains bids for work from outside contractors. Assembles, analyzes and submits bids to superiors for action.
- Orders and receives supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
- Coordinates work performed by outside vendors and inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
- Inspects facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
- Assists Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
- Participates in after hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 3+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 300+ units.
- CPO, EPA, & HVAC certifications required.
- Prefer Yardi experience
- Must have experience in all trades
- Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills
- Past supervisory experience a must
- Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
- Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.
Salary range is $32.00-$34.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.

Maintenance Technician II - Jefferson Square Apartment Homes (an affordable 64-unit garden-style community located near Denver Tech Center) - Denver, CO
As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxury community ensuring a quality living experience for our residents
- Utilizing your troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools and security systems
- Developing a strong rapport with residents and assisting them with resolving various general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a timely manner
- Working closely with the service team, you will help prepare vacant apartment units ensuring they are ready to lease to prospective residents per company specifications
- Helping the service team maintain a strong curb appeal at the property
- 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
- General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry
- CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire)
- Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred
- Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills
- At times, will be required to be on call

Pay Range: $15.58 - $20.25
