Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.

· Ability to maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and understands wiring methods and materials.

· Ability to inspect and PM generators, compressors, water heaters, pumps, motors, valves, etc.

· Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

· Ability to maintain and repair air handling units, exhaust fans, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated air handling equipment.

· Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, breakroom equipment, roofs, drains, windows, doors, gates, bollards and fencing.

· May be required to move furniture, paint, hang pictures or items, or other light upgrades.

· Must understand how to safely use power/shop tools and test equipment not limited to multimeter, megger, drills, saws, impact drives, etc

· Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

· Repairs to be performed in conformance with established standards. Assist in formulating standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.

· Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by completion of an approved apprenticeship program in the HVAC & R trade and three years journeylevel experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC & R systems and equipment including work with energy management systems. Incumbents must possess knowledge of the technical aspects, methods, materials, terminology, principles, practices, procedures and equipment used in assigned field. 1.   • Frequent travel within the designated regions to ensure property standards are met and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Completes assigned service requests and work orders at the assigned properties including the areas of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Oversees all physical aspects of the assigned properties. Keeps the Property Manager informed of problems that may arise.
  • Aids Property Manager in monitoring the security and safety of the properties and reports all accidents with sufficient detail to appropriate personnel.
  • Reports to Property Manager when a tenant closes/opens.
  • Aids Property Manager by managing and maximizing billable hours for work completed at shopping centers.
  • Stays informed and prepared for upcoming inclement weather and notify Property Manager.
  • Remains available for emergency phone calls and/or assistance after normal business hours.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts
    • Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance
    • Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business
    • Conduct sales presentations and dealership training
    • Track and monitor performance

    Requirements

    • Proven F&I, Sales Manager or GM experience is required
    • Extensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operations
    • Excellent presentation, communication and sales skills
    • Basic Computer skills
    • Must be able to travel to dealerships in assigned region
    • Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable transportation
    • Must be a team player as well as able to work independently

    Compensation

    We offer an exceptional compensation plan with most agents earning over $200,000 per year. Payments begin during training and occur prior to account acquisition.
