Job Responsibilities:
  • Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial property by self-performing or coordinating subcontracting of the following duties.
  • Performs preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule.
  • Executes all work in safe and professional manner by completing all work accurately and on time.

The Thermal Control Intern’s focus is to write scripts for specialized tools (Vector products, Python, etc.) to validate thermal controls features. Support test engineer by writing test procedures and generating reports about feature compliance with provided requirements. The internship engineer will be paired with a Canoo engineer who will provide guidance during the duration of the internship.

 


  • Develop test scripts for specialized tools like Vector CANoe, CANape, Python, etc.
  • Perform/execute test scripts and provide reports (component testing, vehicle testing, etc.)
  • Create test procedures and test reports for given requirements.
  • Support thermal control engineers, thermal test engineers and lab technicians during vehicle testing and issue root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with 1D and CFD engineers to correlate test procedures, data and reports

Required Experience

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, vendors, and guests at all locations.

  • Perform basic building maintenance duties (i.e. changing light bulbs, etc.)
  • Ensure all utilities are working properly without interruptions

  • Ensure facility/office supplies are well stocked and organized.

  • Maintain breakroom/kitchens with adequate coffee supplies
  • Carry out mail operations for all site locations according to policies and procedures.

  • Ensure lab coats and exam room curtains are rotated out to be professionally laundered by designated laundry vendor. Report any damages or lost items with the laundry services.
  • PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

1. Sort and delivery mail/packages with 95% of the mail sorted and delivered correctly
2. Passing scores of Facility Audits internally or externally that is associated with assigned duties.
3. Process at least 20 POs per month
4. Incoming check ledger turned in monthly to the Fiscal Department per policies and procedures.
5. Facility Tickets Assigned and responded to within the set parameters
6. Customer service feedback.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must use technology such as the business cell phone, email, internet, computers to send communications as required and order supplies.
2. High School Diploma or 1 year minimum experience as a receptionist
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
4. Exceptional customer service towards patients and staff
5. Handles multiple task efficiently and accurately

o Supervision over facilities and critical utilities improvement projects.
o cGMP and GxP compliance assessment and verification.
o Small project construction management activities.
o Problem solving and remediation.

o Support equipment commissioning and qualification activities. 
o Participate in maintenance and reliability assessment and improvement programs.

  • Knowledge of Inventory Management fundamentals for critical spares program, bill of materials,

The Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing IGT equipment at Retailer (customer) locations. Responds to dispatches and drives to customer locations within a specified "zone" to deliver supplies and to install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices.

  • Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.
  • Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc.
  • Attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.
Qualifications

 

Education Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical or I.T. related training or education is a plus.

 

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience.

 

Skills Required

  • Knowledgeable in electronics, data communications, or related area of expertise.
