• Operates, Maintains and Troubleshoots more complex HVAC mechanical systems to including Chillers, split systems up to 120 tons, mini split systems, multizones, VRV heat pump/recovery, RTUS and packaged systems, WSHP, self-contained systems, CRAC units,
• AHUs and EFs, pumps and piping. 
• Coordinates work processes on large projects. Performs disassembly and reassembly of large or small commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
• Completes service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls as directed. Develops long-term relationships with
• customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.
  Ability to provide customer solutions to customers. Communicates and documents project status to all project stakeholders.
• Participates in technician on-call-stand-by rotation as dictated by business unit policies and procedures.
• Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers. 
• Safely operates motor vehicles and trailers as evidenced by past driving performance record.
• Meets requirements of fleet safety and driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.
• Able to work effectively with app-based software.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience HVAC Commercial Service.
Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required. 
Proficient in reading complex schematics and prints
Able to perform as a self-managed individual

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds

The Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies, specifications and standards. Employee will clean aircraft interiors including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys and cabin area.
