St. Nicks Alliance Workforce Development division provides comprehensive workforce services leading to employment and a career ladder for unemployed and under-employed community residents. We are currently seeking an experienced and transformational Deputy Director for our Workforce Development Division which seeks to increase the earning potential of unemployed and low-wage working young adults and adults by helping them prepare for and enter quality jobs in selected sectors with opportunities for career growth. The Deputy Director of Skills Training will oversee the current Adult and Young Adult Skills Training portfolio. The Adult Programming portfolio includes Green Construction, Tech Training (Data Analytic & Google Training), Environmental Remediation, and HVAC Training. The Young Adult (ages 18-24) Portfolio includes Green Construction, IT, Healthcare, and Urban Greenscaping. The Deputy Director will also be instrumental in supporting the launch of new and expanded training, Work Experience Internship, and Career Exploration Weeks.
The Deputy Director will directly manage 7+ staff members including the YouthBuild Program Director, Train & Earn Program Manager, Tech Literacy Program Manager, Skills Training Program Coordinator, Skills Training Account Manager/Job Developers, Skills Training Case Coordinator, and all AmeriCorps This candidate will play a critical role in recruiting and supporting a newly funded Senior Business Development/Career Progression role focused on Green Jobs. Members placed at our Workforce Development Center. Additionally, Deputy Director will be responsible for meeting all Funder deliverables including DOL, DYCD, NYSERDA, EPA, CWE, UnidosUS, Robin Hood, Con Edison, Two Trees, Bank of America, JobsFirstNYC, and SBS. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of job-related experience preferably in workforce or similar services. A Master's Degree is a plus.

- Experience working with low income job seekers; proven ability to work as part of a team.

Job Summary
The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for the operational management of a global portfolio of assets with the objective of maintaining systems properly and in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide engineering support to a global portfolio. Establish relationships within all regions with the dedicated account team and engineering platform resources within JLL.
Implement and manage all preventive and ongoing maintenance/repair programs. Develop, deploy and monitor schedules.
Oversee JLL Mobile Engineering performance and ensure resources are effectively supporting client properties.
Provide guidance and support to the Facility Managers and Client regarding the steps required when handling equipment failures and situations where critical site operations are impacted.
Own the MOP process for the JLL team, including owning documentation, ensuring vendors are compliant, and participating in client meetings. Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices to reduce risk and improve process efficiency.
Organize, align and prioritize work assignments. Ensure work orders are completed as scheduled. Reviews executed work for accuracy and quality of work performed by MES technicians and vendors.
Identify opportunities to reduce reactive work and further develop a proactive maintenance posture.
Monitor and evaluate work orders to ensure appropriate processes, equipment condition, quality of work, technician skill sets, etc. are occurring.
Responsible for updating assets and schedules in CMMS system.
Support engineering and asset needs for the JLL Facility Management, project management and Data Center teams, globally.
Provide direction/information to vendors, contractors and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination/execution of work with minimal disruption.
Implement and schedule preventative maintenance standards that are in compliance with JLL and Client guidelines.
Evaluate vendors and suppliers on a regular basis with regard to quality and competitive pricing.
Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of client owned assets to ensure efficient operation.
Work with strategic sourcing professionals to identify cost savings opportunities and support their contracting efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
10+ years senior level work experience
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and maintenance best practices as well as Operations Management and Preventive Maintenance.
Prefer formal training or experience with HVAC, electrical, data centers, generators, UPS, and related components.
Experience with engineering standards and compliance, structured risk assessments, job safety analysis , etc.
Above average experience with integrating and driving a proactive safety culture includes job safety analysis, near miss reporting, presenting safety meetings, and active promotion of a positive safety culture.
Strong business acumen and communication skills. Professional Etiquette skills.
Understands aspects of construction planning and execution, preferred.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
Ability to pull and analyze data to provide proactive insights into operations.
Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to take verbal or other data to develop, write or support a written report or draft a new policy.

Prudential Center and the New Jersey Devils are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Event Operations to work with the Event Operations & Event Services Department. This position will assist the Event Operations & Event Services Managers with the planning and execution of Prudential Center and New Jersey Devils events. This position will oversee the day-to-day internal calendar for the arena and assist internal and external clients with reserving spaces. The position will plan and execute private events within the arena as well as offsite events as needed for New Jersey Devils. The position will liaise with all building departments that host events to ensure flawless execution.
- Coordinate internal meetings, pre-game events, concert VIP receptions and special event functions, from start to finish, including participation in all site visits, as assigned
- Serve as liaison with sponsors during concerts on an as-needed basis
- Assist Event Operations Managers during events
- Act as Manager on Duty for private events
- Source vendors for projects for Event Services & Event Operations department
- Work with union building employees and Arena Operations Department (Laborers, Electricians, HVAC, Operating Engineers and Plumbers) to set-up private events
- Liaise with internal departments, including marketing, sales, sponsorship, and HR to gather information about proposed events and aid in their planning
- Disseminate information to security, housekeeping, catering, AV, and other internal event stakeholders
- Manage event department trade needs and liaise with operations management department to ensure proper scheduling of union trades
- Work with Special Event department to execute private events for the arena
- Manage Grammy Museum Experience Prudential Center events
- Plan and execute offsite events, including viewing parties and community engagement initiatives
- Assist Event Services Department with New Jersey Devils events on an as needed basis
- Compile weekly schedule with all operational needs for events throughout the building
- Manage inbound event requests for internal and external events and meetings
- Main point of contact for stagehand payroll
- Handle administrative responsibilities for event operations and services department
- Manage ISS 24/7 event software programming
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
