As a Landscaper, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. Alongside clients and other team members, you help to design landscapes. Then, following the established designs, you work on construction, installation, and maintenance. As you work on each job, you keep detailed daily reports of the work completed. After each project is finished, you advise clients on how to best maintain their landscaping design. What you must have:

• At least 8 years of general maintenance/general repair experience, 3 years of apartment industry experience required
• Management experience required
• EPA Universal certification required

• Trade Licensing preferred but not required
• Tech savvy; efficiently use computers and basic software programs

Position Summary:

Provide maintenance support for Production and IPP facilities and on-call assistance as needed. Ownership of basic tools to perform your daily duties is required.

Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to be responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community.
